The House
Calle Bélgica climbs from the Carretera del Botánico up into the quiet neighbourhood of La Paz. At the top: Bélgica 31, five floors with a pool and garden, surrounded by a bakery, supermarket and restaurants.
From the two roof terraces you look out over Puerto de la Cruz, the Orotava valley and the Pico del Teide. Below awaits the heated pool, and the sea and old town are just a quarter of an hour away on foot.
Puerto de la Cruz lies on Tenerife's green north side and isn't called the blossoming town for nothing. With an annual average of around 21 degrees — and the Atlantic breeze in summer.

From a studio for two to a deluxe suite for six. Every apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is licensed as a holiday let, most with a balcony or terrace.

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Before your arrival you'll receive access to our guest app by Checked-Inn, with all the information about keys, the house and the surroundings. If you arrive later, your key will be waiting in a secure box at the entrance.
Yes. All apartments are registered with the Canary Islands government as Vivienda Vacacional, each with its own licence number.
Mainly in size and layout: studios for two, junior suites with a separate bedroom and a large deluxe suite. All of them have a kitchen, bathroom and complete basic equipment.
Very gladly. With their own kitchen, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities in the house, the apartments are also well suited to spending the winter here. Ask us about our long-stay terms.
Yes, dogs are welcome, for a small surcharge on the final cleaning. A bowl and basket are provided. The house is non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside by the entrance.
From Tenerife North Airport it's 28 kilometres, about 25 minutes by hire car or taxi. From the South Airport it's around 91 kilometres, about an hour. We're happy to arrange a transfer, and we'll send detailed directions with your booking.
